I am a registered psychologist with the Psychology Psychology Board of Australia. You can review my registration on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) Register of Practitioners.
I hold a Masters of Social Science (Psychology) and Postgraduate Diplomas in Community Psychology ( University of Waikato, NZ)
and Discursive Therapies (Massey University, NZ).
I am a member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS) and the Australian Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (AACBT)
I have been providing evidence-based counselling psychotherapy for over 25 years. I am trained in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapies and predominately utilise Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I am experienced in working with a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties and concerns about gender, identity and sexuality. I specialise in working with LGBTIQA+ people. I work with individuals and couples over the age of 18.
My goal as a psychologist is to help you manage challenges, difficulties and pain in ways that help you to thrive, live the life you want and achieve the goals you set for yourself.
