Cross-cultural Wellbeing
I have a special interest in supporting clients with cross-cultural experience, in cross-cultural relationships and working in cross-cultural organisational settings.
I have personal and professional experience of living and working in cross-cultural environments and I live in a cross-cultural family. I understand the impact of transition stress and the benefits and difficulties of living and working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments.
Cross-culturally affirming therapy is for people:
-
born in a different place from where they are living including migrants, refugees or asylum seekers,
-
in cross-cultural and multi-lingual relationships, partnerships and marriages,
-
with international adoption experiences,
-
who are international students,
-
working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments and international companies,
-
experiencing intergenerational cross-cultural stress.
