Gratitude is a practice. It is something we do to declare our thankfulness. Gratitude isn't just an attitude it is a demonstration of appreciation and value. Philosophers, religious and spiritual movements and modern psychological perspectives all emphasized the importance of gratitude in promoting wellbeing, healthy relationships, optimism and happiness. Gratitude practice helps develop stronger self-control, improve physical and mental health create greater social networks and support.
