Emergency & Crisis Support

13YARN [Thirteen YARN] is the first national crisis support line for mob who are feeling overwhelmed or having difficulty coping. We offer a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline-trained Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter who can provide crisis support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 13YARN empowers our community with the opportunity to yarn without judgement and provide a culturally safe space to speak about their needs, worries or concerns.

Separation and Divorce

Co-parenting Companion support and resource separated parents to establish healthy boundaries, clear communication, and take out all the guesswork of how to make separated co-parenting an easy success!

Collaborative Practice is the process of solving disputes – such as separation of partners, or business disputes – outside of courts. Instead of treating disputes as conflicts with winners and losers, collaborative practice enables both parties to work together, with their lawyers, to achieve the best outcome for them both

Collaborative Professionals WA is a group of trained professionals who believe the best way to resolve a dispute is through respectful transparent teamwork.

Intersex Support

Intersex Human Rights Australia Ltd (formerly Organisation Intersex International Australia or OII Australia) is a national body by and for people with intersex variations. IHRA is here for all people with innate variations of sex characteristics and our families. IHRA promotes the health, human rights, self-determination and bodily autonomy of intersex people in Australia. IHRA's goals are to help create a society where our bodies are not stigmatised, and where intersex people's rights as people are respected, protected and fulfilled. To do this, IHRA builds community, evidence, capacity, and education and information resources. IHRA engages in advocacy and policy development work, and also provide psychosocial support via the InterLink project.

InterLink provides mental health and wellbeing services to people with innate variations of sex characteristics and their family members located anywhere in Australia. They provide one-on-one and group counselling services for intersex people of any age and parents, carers or guardians of young people with an intersex variation.

IHRA provides excellent resources on how to be an ally for intersex people including resources and training. 

LGBTQA+ Support

Creating visibility, awareness and resources for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander LGBTQIA+SB people.

Informing, empowering and advocating for trans and gender diverse people to survive and thrive.

Transforming Families is a collaborative effort being led by Telethon Kids Institute in Perth to provide evidence-based information and resources to parents of trans children and young people. 

Freedom provides a range of support services for LGBTIQA+ young people in Western Australia, including a drop-in space in West Leederville, youth counselling, community development and consultation.

Queer, Transgender and Intersex People of Colour WA (QTIPoC WA) is a Western Australian based community group for LGBTIQA+ people of colour.

M Clinic provides confidential, judgement-free services for men who have sex with men, gay, trans, gender-queer, and non-binary people of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Q-Life

QLife is a national lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ+) peer support and referral service. QLife provides a nation-wide, early intervention, peer supported telephone and web based service to diverse people of all ages experiencing poor mental health, psychological distress, social isolation, discrimination, experiences of being misgendered and/or other social determinants that impact on their health and well-being.

SECCA supports people with disability to learn about relationships, sexuality and sexual health.

Creating a responsive and inclusive mature age environment that promotes and supports a quality life for older people of diverse sexualities and gender identities.

This is a safe place for people of all genders who are not gay or straight (we use "bisexual" as an umbrella term for that) to engage in respectful discussion, connect with people, and form community.

Social networking organization for mature gay and bisexual men.

OUTdance is a Perth-based ballroom dancing group that stages various social events and runs regular weekly classes for LGBTQIA+ couples and singles. OUTdance has been running successfully in the community since 2001. It is a great opportunity to meet new people while you learn how to dance in a safe, relaxed environment.

Perth Pride Choir welcomes members of the LGBTIQA+ community, from all colours of the sexuality and gender diversity rainbow and our allies, with a common love of music and singing.  We aim to provide an inclusive and safe space to build community, while having fun creating music together. Our motto is Harmony in Diversity.

A Perth community group for geeks, gamers and allies no matter their gender or sexual orientation. 

Perth Gay Social Club is a social club for making new friends and forming new bonds in a fun, friendly environment. PGSC organises events, incorporating "get to know you" activities as a way to navigate through the challenges that go with trying to talk to someone new. The club aims to make everyone feel included and comfortable to be themselves.

Perth Rainbow Toastmasters Club is specifically for members, friends, family and supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community. Join others on the journey of developing communication and leadership skills with pride. Everyone is welcome everyone.

LGBTQA+ Advocacy & Education

Let’s Queer The Air delivers LGBTIQA+ centred educational training programs and consultancy services to individuals and organisations that want to create substantial inclusive and socially sustainable changes within the environments that they operate. Online or in-person training options provide a confidential, safe, judgement-free, and guilt-free space to help achieve this.

Rainbow Futures WA is a consortium of WA-based LGBTIQA+ community organisations and individuals concerned with the long-term well-being of the community. It has grown out of a series of community gatherings, bringing together members of LGBTIQA+ groups and individuals around WA.

A community, arts and cultural organisation whose mission is to promote and encourage the LGBTQA+community, culture and artistic expression of all people of diverse sexuality and gender living in Western Australia. We aim to provide a platform for celebrating that community, culture and talent as they continue to champion their rights and freedoms.

Access to information and education is an essential part in enabling people to protect their health, make informed decisions about their sexual lives and access health and support services.

WAAC provides a wide range of education and capacity building services for people in Western Australia, including communities, individuals, organisation and professionals.
